「Super Good overall. Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek. Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. 」

But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us. Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good. Room was small...

「This hotel is wonderful! They provided a wide range of food for breakfast and the kitchen utensils were of premium quality. You can simply buy food and cook yourself inside the room. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Everything there was excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there if I come to Rovaniemi again!」

「It is amazing, wonderful, comfortable accommodation. My family like this hotel very much. There is sauna inside the house, we like this facility very much. After one day ski activity, we went back to the house and enjoy the sauna. It is so relaxing and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided many kinds of dishes, it is good and tasty. In conclusion, I will choose this hotel again for next time.」

「I stayed in a glass igloo and it was amazing. The serene surroundings made for a peaceful stay. A moose passed by my igloo several times during my stay and I was able to get some decent photos of the aurora borealis. In the winter you can take a short walk across the river and see the sites of Jakkasjärvi, which includes the world famous Ice Hotel. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. The igloo, lounge, and shared bathrooms were immaculate. The provided breakfast was minimal but...

"No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. "

"I stayed here for just one night, and the power tripped twice. I had to move a chair to reach the breaker box and reset the switch both times. Also, the front desk said their sauna was great, but when I went to the women’s changing room, the light wouldn’t turn on at all. The location is great though "
