“We stayed one night in the glass igloo during autumn, so the SnowHotel was still under construction and, according to one of the staff, set to reopen in a few weeks. Even so, the experience was lovely and memorable. The igloo was cozy and warm, though a bit tight for three people. “The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us. Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good. Room was small……

“The staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. There were plenty of lifts going up and down so never had to wait for one. The sauna was nice and heated up fast. We didn't stay for breakfast but the dinner menu had good options. The sky bar has amazing views and the downstairs bar had good service. ”

The only thing would be that there is no main reception but chalet staff are always at hand with whatever you need via WhatsApp. And the place is slightly remote which means no easy access to public transport routes so we had to use Uber everytime.
