Very nice and quiet. The only problem is the distance from the Poblado park and all the vibe of that area, you need to take a taxi everywhere, which is cheap but next time we rather stay at the other Dan Carlton, Medellin, for conveniente! Thank you so much 😊

Hotel was not too far away from the hot spots but just far enough. It could've been a little closer to restaurants and stores, etc... A few things I noticed. If you have a guest policy it should be noted when you click on the hotel website. They charge a fee to be a guest there, each time. The food, especially whats on the menu was very good. I enjoyed everything I eat. It was a little pricey though, was thinking was back in the states for a second. Breakfast can be a little better though, need more variety... Security and the doorman were great. Always visibly, professional, and friendly. The one thing the hotel lacked was a good workout room. Missing equipment, missing dumbbells, and out of date equipment needs to be addressed.

Enjoy our stay here, rooms were spacious and clean. Ez walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. We didn't get to use the pool due to weather.

Das Personal bei der Ankunft am Abend war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Morgens war jemand anderes für die Rezeption zuständig, der leider weniger freundlich und etwas knapp in der Kommunikation war. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt aber nur schwarzen Kaffee oder Kaffee mit Milch gratis. Wünscht man einen Cappuccino kostet dies extra. Der Cappuccino kostet 10.000 Pesos und kommt aus einem einfachen Kaffeeautomaten. Uns war das leider nicht bewusst und wurden leider erst im Nachgang darüber aufgeklärt - schade, dass in einem „guten“ Hotel so etwas nicht inklusive ist. Zudem hat uns überrascht, dass es in unserem Zimmer kein kostenfreies Wasser oder einen Föhn gab. Zumindest war das Zimmer schön geräumig und sauber mit tollem Ausblick über Medellin. Die Lage in El Poblado ist tendenziell nicht schlecht, leider sind die nächsten METRO Stationen etwas weiter weg (15-20 Minuten) zu Fuß. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einigen negativen Aspekten.

En general la limpieza, atención y comida fue buena. Un aspecto que si afectó mi comodidad fue el aire acondicionado, este se apaga de repente o modifica la temperatura sin estar en automático, llamé dos veces a recepción y mandaron al técnico, el cual como que no se ha leído el manual de usuario, porque hay botones del control del aire e indicadores en la pantalla que no sabe para qué sirven. Así que por las noches de repente el aire acondicionado se apaga y te despiertas del calor

Noche familiar de fin de año. Habitación espectacular, muy amplia y cómoda, dos ambientes. Desayuno muy completo buffet, cenamos en el hotel y además de la buena calidad de la comida y precios justos, la atención por parte del mesero fue muy buena y agradable. mi estadía en este hotel fue lo que esperaba, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, los pasillos y el hotel como tal también estaba limpio, el desayuno fue variado y bueno, la atencion fue muy buena, sobretodo en recepción y la señora de limpieza, lo único malo de este hotel es que por su estructura hay que pasar por dos ascensores para ir de la habitación a la salida.
