The pool will be closed and unavailable through April/May due to scheduled maintenance and liner replacement. The pool cannot be used during this time.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge that the pool is not available and that this temporary closure is reflected in the listing and pricing. No refunds or discounts will be provided for the pool closure.
The pool is expected to reopen in May. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this improvement.
Respecting our neighbors is of utmost importance, as they may lodge complaints if disturbances occur.
If you are considering hosting an event, kindly get in touch with us to discuss your plans and ensure that our space is suitable for your needs.
For the preservation of the pool pump, we kindly request that water balloons are not used around the pool area, as they have the potential to cause damage.
In the event that the pool or hot tub requires cleaning, please inform us. Due to limited pool service companies in our area with potential delays, we will make sure to address any necessary touch-ups.
Garbage collection is scheduled for Wednesday Morning.
Guests bringing pets are required to pay a pet fee. It is essential that pets are not left unattended, both indoors and outdoors. Moreover, guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and any left waste will incur an additional cleaning fee. Additionally, we request that pets are not allowed on the furniture to prevent hair and dirt accumulation.
We enforce a strict non-smoking policy on the property. Any evidence of smoking, including cigarette buds, odor, or residue inside or outside, will result in fines.
