「We stayed here one night before our flight home. They gave us a room that was ultimately in the middle of a renovation room in the morning. A construction worker walked right into our locked room without knocking in the morning, unannounced. When we opened the door the whole section of our floor was under renovation. There was plastic all down the hall corridor and every room around us had been torn up. It was loud, dusty and dirty. Why would you put an overnight guest along the rooms you were...

「The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There...

「The suite was nice - having a separate bedroom from the rest of the place. However, we got there at 5pm and the room was still not ready, when they said it would be available at 3pm. That meant that the cleaning was rushed - and it showed (there were hairs in the shower, for example). Otherwise, the space was great and the coffee tasty!」
