The hotel had an excellent service. Staffs were so helpful and informative. Its 20 mins walking distance from the Madinah Masjid e Nabawi. On your way to Haram, there are lots of restaurants arounds there. The hotel quite standard, clean and spacious.

The staff was very respectful and guided us. We were running late for Jummah Salah and the front desk staff got us a taxi and even paid for it. I don’t know his name but Jazak Allah for helping us make it out there on time. I definitely would love to come back to stay here

The property is clean. Staffs are very pleasant and helpful. They made sure that we are satisfied with our stay. However, it's very difficult to find the hotel on Google map. The GPS took us to a different place every time. We had to call the hotel for directions.

Seasons Hotel, King Abdallah branch rd review

The hotel itself was new and modern. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bellhops or especially friendly and helpful. Other than that really no service help. If you don't have a local phone number, you can't get food delivered. There is no restaurant on premises.Maybe still under construction. No bathrobe as promised. No shuttle to and from the holy mosque. As promised. No laundry facility on site.As stated on website. Lots of construction going on, so air quality is very bad. Even though we were in a non smoking hotel and or room, the person next to us kept smoking and we had to keep putting in several complaints. Really not much around the area, because it's all under construction. But overall, if you need a nice place to sleep, that is clean and modern. I would say mainly for single guys in that family.

The hotel is great. The room is small, but in great condition. The area around the ND the hotel has no nearby grocery nor restaurant, so you have to have access to delivery application for even small thing you might need
