This beautiful property is located at the southernmost point of Istria, near the Kamenjak Nature Park, just a short walk from the nearest beach (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance to the center of the village and the nearest store, restaurant or café. Villa Suprema Premanutra can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 well-appointed bedrooms.

The villa is set on a 1100 m2 fully fenced plot and has an inviting private pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. An outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue and a separate outdoor toilet are located in the garden. The interior is beautifully designed and offers more than enough comfort for a relaxing stay. The open-plan first floor is divided into the living area with fireplace, satellite TV and stereo system, a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate room dedicated to fun - a pool table and table soccer are available here. Another room is for those who want to pamper themselves - a Finnish sauna and shower for those who want to relax on chilly evenings, and the fitness area with a cross-trainer for those who want to stay fit even on vacation

All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV and a private bathroom with shower. One bedroom is located on the first floor, while the remaining 3 are on the upper floor. There is also a balcony with a wonderful view of the pool in the garden. A games console is located in the lounge area on the upper floor.

In a relatively small area, there are 530 plant species, including 20 different orchid species, some of which are endemic. For this reason, there are no campsites, hotels or similar in this area. When visiting Cape Kamenjak, do not miss a great attraction - jumping from high cliffs with torches. Due to the favorable winds, it is ideal for water sports from summer to late autumn. At the end of October, the attractive meeting of surfers takes place. For those who want to immerse themselves in the fascinating underwater world, there are many diving centers in the city. This is one of the few destinations with a beach for the visually impaired. It is important to emphasize that there is a private dialysis clinic in Premantura for those guests who need such treatment. Premantura is an experience!
