"This review is specifically for the “penthouse” suite with the private bathroom. We were very disappointed to arrive to find the bathroom filthy and clearly used and not cleaned. I’m assuming one of the guests from the downstairs rooms with the shared bathrooms had found it and been using it, but the management really should have checked before we arrived. "excellent glamping experience, the view is spectacular. you can see the whole snow-capped Caucasian mountain range right in front of your room, Room is comfortable. bathroom is excellent. Staff service is wonderful. you can enjoy fantastic view when you have your breakfast. "The hotel was perfect, the best hotel we have stayed in (out of 7) during our 4 weeks travelling around Georgia. The hotel is clean and new and the staff are lovely. The location is amazing in the countryside looking at the vineyard. Like a boutique French hotel but without the price tag. We will definitely be back."

"Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha. Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made! Food in restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. Not replenished and when you could find the server, brought Luke warm coffee. "
