The location is beautiful

The location is beautiful. The aloha room could definitely use some TLC, and the parking situation isn't great, but the location would probably be worth it for most visitors.

Aloha Apartment

We stayed for a few days before our flight home from Melbourne. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet and just off a lovely beach. There are also nature trails near by and an excellent restaurant within walking distance. We would definitely consider staying here again if we use the local airport.

Nice Stay for a Fair Price

The room at BlueView was well kept. The complex the room is in is in a nice quiet area. The beach is right there and there are lots of shells. The only complaint we had was the noise from a fan (Maybe AC) sounded like a strong windstorm and we could hear the other occupants easily in the morning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Ocean Stay

Our room was about 50 ft from the edge of the beach. We enjoyed beautiful ocean views while drinking our coffee in the morning. We could walk on the beach for miles. The salt water heated pool was delightful in the afternoon. Everyone we met on the property was very nice. The grills were brand new.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Very nice and tidy. We enjoyed the lower game room with the free coffee. What set it above everyone else was the free laundry

It’s in a beautiful location right on the beach. The pool was clean and clear. Aloha is an average room with no kitchen. It’s on me for not paying more attention to the room description. It was fine for my husband and myself and we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is the language barrier of the caretakers.

The room was nice. Clean and updated it was very easy to get in touch with Christy. The atmosphere of the property was very welcoming and we met some nice people from Wyoming the Board room was a nice touch made it easy to get together as a large group and not be in anyone’s room. The beach was great nice and private. We will be back

Laid back

Comfortable...just a short walk around the corner of the place to the beach. Great views on backside. Room 5815 had no view...big shower nuce bathroom. Fridge and coffee pot. Bring tea bags. The stairs on outside were steep if you are in bad shape so get lower level if you dont do steps. Property is smal and only a few rooms so its peaceful.

Nice property

Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again.

Quaint, Secluded Getaway

We stayed in the Aloha, one of the smaller units with a partial kitchen for a weekend. It had most everything we needed. Could have used a couple sets of silverware though. The welcome champagne was a wonderful surprise. Lots to do on the property and everything for the beach was also there to borrow. Not a lot of options for eating out but Publix is close by. The weather was terrific but bring bug spray if you plan on sitting outside at night. We wanted to watch the turtles come up but got bit up in the first 15 minutes. My daughter lives in Melbourne so this is exactly what we needed to feel like we were on vacation even if her apartment is 40 minutes away. We will definately be back!

Perfect room size and right next to the ocean.

This VRBO is a larger, one room dwelling with a nice sized bathroom. It overlooks the pool, but is only a few steps from the beach and ocean. Access is by stairs only. Very nice shared deck overlooking the ocean. Communication with the host was timely and very accurate. The bathroom has a shower. Room had a nice TV, small refrigerator/freezer, good internet connection, microwave, eating bar and stools. There were only two insignificant issues. The upper outlet next to the bed needs to be replaced since plugs won't hold. It took us awhile to figure out that the TV remote worked better by using the built-in microphone instead of the buttons. I would have preferred if there was a chair in the room, but the stools worked OK.
