As a guest at Breaking Dawn at Tuscany Sun, you'll have private access to your studio, with full use of everything inside, including the fully stocked kitchen and all amenities. The property consists of five total units, each with its own private entrance, ensuring you have a peaceful and private retreat during your stay.
While each unit has its own designated space, you’ll also have access to the common areas, including the parking lot and the back patio overlooking the ocean. We're in the process of enhancing these outdoor spaces to offer even more comfort and relaxation for all guests.
Additionally, you can easily step outside to the beach via a convenient dune crossover bridge, just steps from your door. Beach chairs and towels are provided for a relaxing day by the ocean.

Turtle Season
From May through October, Breaking Dawn is part of a beautiful and important nesting area for sea turtles. During turtle season, please be mindful of the beach rules, such as keeping lights off at night and avoiding disturbing marked nests. It's a magical time to witness nature up close, but it’s essential we all work together to protect these incredible creatures.
Salt Air Caution
The ocean breeze at Breaking Dawn is refreshing, but the salt air can cause damage to the studio’s furniture and electronics if doors are left open for extended periods. Please ensure doors are closed when not in use to help preserve the property.
Pet Policy
We welcome one small pet (max 25 lbs) to join you at Breaking Dawn, with a $100 pet fee. Please make sure your pet is well-behaved and comfortable in new environments. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash containers located by the road.
Registered Guests Only
For the comfort and privacy of all our guests, Breaking Dawn allows only registered guests in the studio. If you’d like to invite others over to visit, please ask for prior permission. Depending on occupancy levels, additional guests may be allowed, but the maximum number of guests is 4.
Beach Access
Getting to the beach from Breaking Dawn is easy and scenic! You’ll access the beach via a dune crossover bridge, just steps from your studio. Enjoy the beautiful walk to the water's edge!
Shared Building
While Breaking Dawn offers you complete privacy, it is located within a building that contains four other units. We ask that you be mindful of other guests and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
