“Liked the size, location and cleanliness of the condo. The problem we had was when we got there the dishwasher wasn't working. We checked in on Saturday and contacted the host on Monday morning that it wasn't working. Repairman finally came on Wednesday morning and said it could not be fixed. We let the host know this and was ghosted. We called and text both host numbers several times with no response. We felt like the host cleaning crew should have know that it wasn't working because the dishes……

“This entire stay from the very moment I tried booking it was nothing but awful. I WAS DOUBLE BOOKED. I was charged for two condos And only wanted one. I sent texts, emails, and voice messages. IMMEDIATELY once i found out they double charged me. I heard nothing from this so called host. And only after I mentioned contacting an attorney. After several days of messages and calls.
