The cottage is on a shared .64 acre property with a main house, two cottages and Airstream. Excellent location across the street from the gorgeous Indian River and walking distance to river front restaurants and 1 mile from small town with several river front park, local shops and restaurants called the `Eau Gallie Art District`

All guests can enjoy an air conditioned Florida Room, grill, swimming pool, basketball, and Pickleball court.
