Set on a private 800m² block amidst tranquil tea trees, the property sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Multiple living spaces include a bright dining area seating eight, a separate lounge, and a cosy sun room—ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
The heart of the home features a functioning fireplace, adding a warm and inviting ambiance that’s perfect for unwinding with loved ones after a day at the wineries.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop and electric oven for easy meal preparation, while year-round comfort is assured with reverse cycle air conditioning, evaporative cooling, a separate wall heater, and the crackling fireplace.
