9:34Crystal by Tiny AwayHost: Tiny AwayBookedView detailsGood afternoon,We had booked the tiny Crystal home in Cottles Bridge for a new year's get away.We are extremely disappointed with the conditions the area surrounding the house is in. It is not aesthetically pleasing to the eye with all the rubbish that's behind the house.My partner had to move old wires out of the way, move the trailer so we could get the car close to the cabin. We found ants in the fridge, rubbish already in the very small bin.We had to wait for the water to be turned on & again my partner had to fix it so we could have hot water.The advertisement says it has a queen size bed & this is not a queen size. There are branches scratching the roof which is not pleasant. There is very little privacy as the curtains aren't flush with the windows and having the gentleman walking around "doing work" isn't the tranquillity we were hoping for.For the money we have paid, no coffee, tea amenities were provided. Even the most basic hotels offer tea/coffee/milk within the room.No dishwashing liquid, no face washers in the bathroom.We are extremely disappointed and would like a refund as soon as possible as we are not staying the 3 days hereAfter we left we received numerous harassment messages from host and constant threats causing us to have to involve police.
