Nice, Tidy and Good View

My family has stayed in a two-bedroom unit for 7 nights. The unit has equipped with everything, suitable for simple cooking. The unit was clean and tidy. The open view to docklands was wonderful. We shall recommend and would stay at the apartment again in our next visit to Melbourne.

住了五個晚上，睡得很舒服！隔音不是到超好，可能是鄰居太大聲，所以聽得到些微的講話聲，問題不大！有自己的廚房真的是太棒了！交通也滿方便的，因為我們沒開車，但出門走個兩分鐘就到11路48路電車站！到市區也只要4～5站而已，很方便！價錢也很合理！有免費wifi會讓我更滿意，呵呵。

Definitely a really well done apartment stay

We both were impressed by the apartment and the level of attention to all of the small details for a great stay. Well done manual, great assortment of Foxtel channels. Umbrella's available by the door all of it was wonderfully done.

Warm welcome from Paul even though we arrived late at night. Spacious apartment with secured parking. 2 bathrooms are perfect for a 4-people family. Kitchen is well equipped. We spent five nights here. The plumber of shower got some problems and made high pitch noise during shower on our second night. We informed Paul and he said he would fix it. Unfortunately, it was not fixed until they day we left. It is a little bit disappointing.

Fantastiskt bra boende, lägenhet på 15:e våningen med otrolig utsikt över Melbourne! Lägenheten var helt fantastisk, ren, fräsch och fullt utrustad med allt man kan önska! Ligger mycket centralt, bara 100 meter från gratis spårvagn och nära mysigt hamnområde! Vi var otroligt nöjda med vårt boende och kan varmt rekommendera det till andra!

Great apartment with all you need for a stay in Melbourne. Priced around the same level as a hotel room but so much better with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry facilities. Situated slightly away from the centre of the CBD but within the free tram area so travel in and out was easy. Paul and Belinda were lovely to deal with and super accommodating. We'll definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 4 nights, and thought it was great. Loved having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the washer and dryer. The condition of the place was terrific, great views, and 500 feet from a tram stop. My 2 concerns with the place was the location---great location in the docklands, but kinda far from the center where federation square/shopping on collins st. is. You have to take a tram there. My other issue was that they told me I had to take the trash out to avoid cleaning charges... Hotels never tell you to take your own trash out. They are already going to clean the place for the next guest, so I dont see the need to tell the guests to take out their trash. Other than that, its a great place...roomy too!

Excellent location, fabulous view, modern

Excellent location to neighborhood restaurants, Docklands, free tram. Fabulous view of Melbourne skyline, modern and comfortable apartment. Only negatives was hard to find on arrival as not clearly marked and dishwasher did not work. The person we contacted on arrival to check us in was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a two bedroom unit for five nights. Host Paul was knowledgeable in relation to neighbourhood re shopping, restaurants etc. Unit itself had everything and was extremely clean and spacious. Nice views. Good wifi. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Great location and wonderfully furnished

This was the perfect hotel for our stay. We traveled in and out of the city daily and this location provided extremely easy access to everywhere we were headed. The room was clean and stylish and equipped with everything 4 adults need for a very comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again.
