Disgusting/unsanitary

The property was absolutley disgusting, from the mould all through the bathroom, especially the shower, to the stains on the pillows and carpet and even dishes still in the dish washer. I wouldn't even let my dog stay in there. Ready set apartments weren't easy to deal with. And have not been in contact with me despite requests to be contacted

The room does not have a car park. This wasn’t clear on booking and after driving from Canberra was a horrible thing to find out. The room was very dirty. Even after vacuuming myself the stains and marks were disgusting. The bathroom and shower were dirty and mould was running off the wall when it got wet in the shower. This ruined our family holiday and I won’t be staying here again.
