Quaint, cozy & clean

The apartment is perfect for 2 people to stay. It’s a 2 minute walk to historic downtown Melbourne and has all amenities needed. Beth was a great host and check in/check out was seamless. The apartment is adorable and very clean. I hope to stay there again when in Melbourne.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location

This is the perfect apartment for a couple to stay in while they visit Melbourne. It’s close to everything you’d want to do in the area, and is even within walking distance of beautiful historic downtown Melbourne. We arrived with a smooth checkin to a perfectly clean space. The host, Beth, was prompt with all communication and gave us plenty of information to help make the best of our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. 10/10

Great spot near downtown Melbourne

We had a great stay at this unit. Host was kind and responsive, and the unit was centrally located, clean and tidy and everything just as described in the listing. It’s on a quiet block very close to the Main Street in historic Melbourne, and a 7 min drive from the beach. Parking behind the building can be a little tight but we had no issue with a small sedan. It’s also close to the railroad tracks so there is train noise at night — something to be mindful of if you’re a light sleeper.

Quiet, convenient location with everything needed for a week-long remote work stay with my partner. The large living room windows were very pleasant. I highly recommend having breakfast there with the morning light. Hosts were responsive and handled any questions or issues quickly.

Melbourne Stay

Traveled alone to see family and stayed here a few days. Clean, comfortable and stocked well with items needed for cooking and eating. I enjoyed the decor and the soothing color palette of the apartment. Good location within walking distance of downtown and easy travel by car to where I wanted to go. Off street parking a definite plus; a little tricky driving through the archway to park (I was in a Nissan Sentra) but doable with care. If you're a light sleeper be aware there is noise from trains passing nearby. Great host communication-- Beth gave quick responses to my questions and also sent recommendations for places to eat and drink. Much appreciated. Would rent this apartment again on a future visit.

Great escape

Needed a break from rat race of hotel stays. This was perfect! Close to down town walking/shopping. Nice neighbors and felt safe and snug as a bug in a rug. Property manager always available. The batteries died in unit and they were replaced immediately! Lovely charming apartment! Just what the Dr ordered for recovery time! Thanks Beth for being a phenomenal hostess!

So cute, comfortable and amazing style!

This place was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean. It smelled nice and had everything I needed for a short visit. Beth was also very accessible and kept a good line of communication if I needed anything. I'd highly recommend this little apartment!

The house is awesome. Everything you need is pretty much in walking distance. Great restaurants a couple blocks away. Everything in the house was perfect. Beth and Kyle were great hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

What Quaint Place

Beautiful home, spacious, we didn't want for anything. Loved how the location was perfect for anything we wanted to do. Lots of beaches, eateries etc. I loved having some information on local favorites too. Hosts went over and beyond to accommodate us.

Nice apartment. As advertised. Convenient location.

This was a business trip for me. I needed a clean place to stay that was close to decent restaurants and my customer site. This place checked all the boxes. My days consisted of going to work in the morning and coming home to order some food, watch TV, and go to bed. I had many excellent choices for restaurants that delivered via UberEats that were also close to the apartment. I thought about going out and had I decided to do so the owner provided many recommendations. I wished that I had the time and energy to try some of them but after a day at work I just didn't feel like it. Plus it's not fun going out when you are traveling alone. It was nice to come home to a clean cozy apartment. Should I have to do another customer service trip to Melbourne I would consider this place again. I enjoyed that they had a real coffee maker instead of the Keurig stuff. I normally bring my own coffee and take it to work in a thermos. I consume almost a pot of coffee each day. Coffee is an important part of my life LOL. My only critique is that there was no real work desk. I could however set up easily in the kitchen. I understand that most people don't use VRBO for business trips, so if I'm only there for a short time, I normally don't care that much about a dedicated work desk. And most places don't offer it, so it's not that big a deal. Overall, a 5 star stay. Clean room. All the basics. Close to shopping and work. Thanks for a wonderful time.

The stay was absolutely lovely, such a gorgeous apartment with everything that could be needed. Located in such a close area to the beach and tons of amazing paces it made getting everywhere a breeze and amazing experience. If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it is a great descision.

Great Stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this cozy and nicely decorated apartment which is a convenient and safe walk within a couple of minutes to Downtown Melbourne. The space is super clean & comfortable and provides the necessary amenities. A big bonus is location. The property is closely situated to beaches, shopping and all that the Space Coast has to offer.
