Little Audrey's Manatee Landing sits high on a rare Florida hill with a 210 ft waterline below on Elbow Creek. Come enjoy our very peaceful parklike setting boasting its own very lively ecosystem where manatees, tarpon, and the occasional dolphin can be seen throughout the year. The MCM 3/2 home is professionally designed with quality comfy & trendy furnishings, and carefully chosen local art located within miles of both the Eau Gallie Art District & Downtown Historic Melbourne, and less than a 10 minute drive to the beach only 5 miles away.

Almost every room boasts a waterview with the exception of the media room where you can lounge on an incredibly comfortable U-shaped leather sectional with backrests that lift up and back converting every seat into a chaise lounge while you watch movies or your favorite shows on the 85" Smart TV. The circular Restoration Hardware solid marble coffee table is the perfect spot for a puzzle, or sit around the RH dining table under the designer chandelier to play board games.

Do you live an organic lifestyle? Apocalypse organic coffee is a 1/2 mile away along with Helena's Hot Yoga Studio and Frida's Plants.
