Ocean Beach Hideaway
Encompassed by native flora, enjoy the large deck that wraps around the house to make use of those peaceful mornings, coffee in hand.
With comfort and privacy prioritised, this single-story home provides many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment bundled together. Nestled away from the road, this home’s quiet and peaceful location ensures a peaceful atmosphere. A less than 10 minute walk to Pearse’s beach and a 5 minute drive to Blairgowrie Village to explore all that the peninsula has to offer… swim, surf, restaurants, spa’s wineries, walks and so much more!
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and main living areas are located at the rear of the house, encapsulated by native tea trees, making it an ideal space for entertaining with family and friends.
The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite and a quaint garden courtyard view is positioned at the front of the home. Adjoining this is a generous lounge with front deck access, including a billiard table for great indoor/outdoor entertaining. This space can be exclusively enjoyed independent of main living areas.
Comfort and convenience are prioritized throughout the property. The home features split system heating and cooling units in the main living area, lounge, and all bedrooms, providing year-round comfort. The lounge area also includes a Coonara fireplace, perfect for winter getaways. Each bedroom is fitted with built-in robes offering ample storage.
Outdoor living is enhanced by the beautifully landscaped surroundings, with both front and rear decks perfect for morning coffees or evening relaxation. The front deck is perfect for a BBQ, making it an excellent spot for family gatherings or quiet evenings.
