House is not fit for a rental
The house is located in a run down neighborhood. There were endless issues with this property. The front door is cracked in multiple spots and will only stay shut with the dead bolt. Dishes all needed to be rewashed. The trim on the floor was literally falling off and eventually did fall off. Doors to screened in pool were broken and would not stay shut. Pool was dirt. The hammock was completely torn. Washer and dryer were disgusting. There was a LITERAL razor blade on the floor in the bathroom that one of the 5 kids in the house could have found. The issues continued on. Getting ahold of the rental company took hours. Sometimes they would reply quick other times it took hours for them to reply. This house needs to be taken off the vrbo site. It was not fun dealing with all this during our stay. The reviews before mine were accurate - this house is a nightmare.

Fell short of my expectations
This property was in poor condition, and unclean. Fell short of my expectations in many ways. First time I have been soo disappointed with VRBO.

Wouldn’t book this place again.
When we arrived we found that the house had a pool (not heated) and no pool net or tools to clean it. The master bedroom tv was broken, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the coffee maker had old, moldy coffee in it. The guest bathroom door handle was broken. The outside space next to the pool had an old broken down basketball goal and no grill to be found anywhere to cook. Missing basic utensils like pizza cutter and wine opener. Dishes in cabinets had mold on them. The place does have a washer and dryer but plan on buying your own detergent. Also the trash cans under the sink only had one bag for two cans and no spare bags. Also plan on buying your own toilet paper and paper towels. Really would have loved to have booked another place.

Tuscan retreat
The house is wonderful. It was too big for the 2 of us. Nice location to do things we wanted to do. It was chilly in the house as the heat was not an option. The weather was cooler than normal. We did get a response and were able to do temporary heat test which helped but only lasted a short amount of time. There was half of a burrito left in the microwave. Not sure how long that was that there. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean. I prefer hand towels to paper towels. More environmentally friendly.

Awesome stay
The property was neat and clean has everything we needed the area was quite close to most everything we needed the pool was clean overall the home was very comfortable and the hostess was very cordial and very helpful we would absolutely stay here again we liked it so well we stayed an extra day

Amazing Hosts
This is a fantastic rental property and the hosts were amazing! The house is well-maintained both inside and out. Nothing was broken, dirty, needing an update, etc. The best part was that it was sparkling clean (which was a huge plus as our son has respiratory issues)- not a speck of dirt, dust, or debris in the entire house, including the garage! The home was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, coffee makers, air fryer and other small appliances. The host provided extra towels, shower gel, shampoo, pool noodles/floats, there is a washer and dryer in the garage as well as some small work out equipment available for use in the garage. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well-appointed. There is a lot more space inside than what appears in the photos and from what it looks like from the outside. The house has great curb-appeal, it's in a great and convenient location (lots of shopping and dining nearby, not too far from the beaches or downtown). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The backyard is very private and the pool was so much fun! My kids' especially enjoyed the hammock and we had zero issues staying here. Truly a home away from home. We quickly realized how spoiled we were with Lidice and her property when we checked out to make our way to our next rental (booked via a similar, popular booking platform...) and it didn't even come close to comparing to this one. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer, but we hope to be back in the future

Amazing
