Excellent room, large with full kitchen. Great location close to two tram routes. Very clean. Only slight negative was the pillows, flat with no comfort. Everything else was great! Reception staff went out of their way and very friendly.

Great location and property, with excellent customer service and comfortable furnishings, beds, etc. We had a few issues with our apartment but once we raised them with the property they sorted them out immediately and provided a gift to apologise.

Great property middle of CBD walk to transport so very convenient easy to get around the room had a washer dryer etc and good size. Stayed here many times so it’s not luxurious but at the same time does a very respectable job and very functional.

The apartment needs some modernisation in places. The lounge and carpets are quite worn. And the bed not very comfortable. The bathroom has been redone and the shower was terrific. For the price and location it was a good choice.

It was clean, conveniently situated near a tram stop on Bourke St, making it easy to get around the city. Parking was only a few spots and only small cars can fit. The alley way in and out is also narrow. Heating was panel heaters, which took a bit to work out, but worked ok. Bed was clean and comfortable, but for me the pillows could do with an upgrade. Water pressure was lovely, good shower experience.
