- The apartment is 5 mins on foot to the beach and to the lively Fitzroy and Acland Street, with their shops, restaurants, cafes, and all amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.), cycling tracks, the local baths (with gym facilities), a sailing club and the famous Luna Park. Tastefully furnished and calm, the apartment also offers a top-quality mattress, free WIFI, a Smart TV, clothes washer/dryer, oven, microwave, a reverse aircon and heating system, and a street parking permit. Our terrace has a locked gate, and a perfect environment for an outdoor drink or keeping pets. The apartment is also a suitable environment for those who want a quiet place to work. A tram stop is outside the apartment, 20 minutes to the city.
