This luxury city edge townhouse is in the heart of Melbourne's world-famous sporting precinct and Richmond's vibrant dining and entertainment scene. Spanning over four levels with luxury finishes at every turn. Three stunning bedrooms and three bathrooms plus powder room. Roof top entertaining area with views to die for! Walk to MGC, Rod Laver Arena, Aami Park, just to mention a few. Train to the city within minutes.

Nespresso coffee machine. Large light and bright living space with floor to ceiling windows. Laundry with washing machine and dryer plus drying cupboard and powder room.

Bedroom two - Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite
Bedroom three - Two single beds with main bathroom next door

The views from the roof top are breath taking day and night. Enjoy the spacious entertainment area with plumbed in gas BBQ, fridges and seating.
Viewing the New Years Eve fireworks from this luxury townhouse would be incredible!

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
