All of the kitchen is topped off with granite benchtops. In the kitchen area you will also find a double door fridge with chilled water/ice make. The main bathroom has a large spa with separate walk in shower. Hair dryer Second bathroom only has walk in shower. Both bathrooms have Soap, Shampoo, conditioner and Body wash. There is a CCTV security camera system installed outside the house for the protection of the property and you’re safety. The entire house is only for you . I will be available at all times for any request or need at the property. I will welcome you at the house on your arrival or if you prefer check in yourself. Smart lock are very convenient too. Please do not hesitate to ask me any question or information you need to prepare your stay here and Make it as comfortable as possible! I will do my best to help you . Only a few hundred metres from picturesque Northern Golf club with local parks, shops, Cafes, supermarkets(Woolworths & Coles) and restaurants. The Airport is only a 10 minutes drive away, and about 20 minutes to get into the city. 5 minutes walk to Bus stop 534 . Which can take you directly to Glenroy station. Please note that we have a STRICT no party, no noise, no events policy. The place is only suitable for 8 people max, no extra people allowed. This is a No-smoking house. If you choose to smoke please ensure it is outside on the balcony area. The place ie professional cleaned after each departure with fresh bed linen and towels.
