The lack of communication from the owner was the most difficult part of this. Also, travelling with young kids was difficult because they didn't give us details about how to access the keys, even after the check-in time. SMS communication was extremely slow, and we had to pick up the keys from another venue around 500m away. Apartment is very small, and also they advertised 2 queen beds but actually one is only a double bed. They also didn't give clear instructions on how to checkout, and the bond deposit was only giving back after 48 hours after checking out. I wouldn't stay here again. If we had known about all these issues, we would have just stayed at a hotel where they give good service. A few times during our stay I texted them with questions and they only replied after we had checked out.
