Great Location with pool

My family really enjoyed this home! It was in a great location really close to the beaches and shopping district. We also loved the pool and the outdoor space. It was great for the kids to jump in the nice and clean pool after our baseball games. Thank you so much for the great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our third stay, great as always!

Our grandkids live in Melbourne, and this is our go to home for our visits. The neighborhood is quiet and when we walk our dogs, everyone is always friendly. The house is always clean and ready for guests and the pool is always inviting. Brock is easy to get in touch with and always helpful. We don't forsee staying anywhere else- three years here and counting!

Great house and pool

We had a great stay and my boys loved the pool and backyard area! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space and everything we needed including plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. The house was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Space Coast Complex and it was an easy 25 min drive there. I would definitely recommend this house!

Cozy, spacious, comfortable living room is excellent for watching TV for a family of 4-6. Pool is a good size with a deep end and steps for easy entry to the shallow end. Pool heater works great. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to cook. Great neighborhood for walking and jogging. 3 mile walk to center of causeway via safe side walks and cross walks.

Fantastic open concept home, very comfortable living spaces, and super clean. Ceiling fans in every room to circulate the air, all the appliances and kitchen utensils needed to feel like you are at home. Thoroughly enjoyed the covered patio, grill and the salt treated pool. Thanksgiving at FIT

Everything about this property was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit with our granddaughter, a student at Florida Tech. The location was perfect, a block away from the campus, very quiet and safe. The moment we entered the property we knew it was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. No complaints! The host has thought of everything. All we needed to bring was our clothing and personal items. Everything else was provided. The pool and patio area is a wonderful outdoor retreat. Thank you Brock for a great vacation!
