「It was clean, very quiet and cozy the kitchen had everything needed to cook, the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was clean and spacious the hot water was perfect, the beds were extremely extremely comfortable and it was very spacious inside the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here again if I need to go back to Batesville I absolutely loved the place!!!」

「The cabin was exceptionally beautiful and very cozy! However the last 1.4 miles to the cabin is unpaved so motorcycles be advised car still managed to get there on the bikes also since we are not big drinkers we were unaware of the cabin in a dry county and the closest liquor store is 40 min away in the middle of no where with a small selection so just plan accordingly. Will we stay there again YES! Will we recommend to friends YES! It was exactly what you need to reset and unwind!!」

I have stayed in this cabin in the past before it was owned or managed by Fireside, and Fireside has made drastic improvements to this place including cleaning up the creek front area for better access, less clutter in the cabin, less brush around the cabin, more amenities. 「Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic.
