the room was clean, staff were great, pool needed a little more cleaning, a/c worked good, the worst thing was our door, it was hard to open. overall a good hotel for the price, check in was easy and fast

Lo que no me gusto fue el ruido externo en la noche por lo que la habitacion daba a la calle. La solicitud nuestra fue cambiar de habitacion al otro dia y fue aceptada y se paso buena noche.

El hotel cancela mi reservaciĆ³n en horas de la maƱana, mientras yo conducĆa tranquilo contando con mi reserva. QuedĆ³ bastante molesto con el hotel y con Hoteles.com, no se de quiĆ©n fue el error pero me tocĆ³ asumir el sobre costĆ³ y afortunadamente encontrĆ© hospedaje en otro sitio, sino hubiera sido peor.
