“Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”

“We stayed 1 night in a triple room. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was also good and offered a good variety including made to order eggs.
The hotel is a short walk from the old Bazaar and offers amazing views of Gjirokaster, we could see the castle from our room.

“My family and I booked three rooms at Furra and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were recently renovated and are very clean. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Furra if you're visiting Gjirokaster!
The street can get loud at night but if you're there to vacation and enjoy festivities, you'll be in the crowd anyway. ”

“Claimed not to have our booking for two rooms for two nights - not sure if them or hotels.com. Offered us one room for the three of us - not ideal, I’m convinced they did have other spare rooms.
