My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this historic, clean, comfortable apartment. Perfect size for two. Close to Overton Park, zoo, restaurants, and bars.
I loved staying at this little cutie of a place. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The decorative art was fun. The floors were CLEAN! They had coffee and tea as well as sugar and creamer. Amazing! I would defn stay again. Also, the neighborhood and parking is NOT sketchy at all. Felt very safe. Great location for Rhodes and Overton Square/Park.
Pre-check in communication was fantastic. The place was easy to find and it was a great space. The room was clean and using the washer/dryer was easy. The only issue we found was the people hanging out outside of the room at night (we could hear every word they said, including their phone calls and music).Besides that, it was still a great place to stay, the communication was great, and I would still recommend it to someone.
Everything about this rental worked very well for me - it was very clean and located in a very cool building, no issues communicating with the host - had it not been I was traveling solo or on the go my whole stay it may have been a bit cramped but as it was it worked great and would definitely stay here again.
The property was located close to everything we were in town to do. It was easily accessible. The building was an older midtown house that had been converted into several well appointed and renovated apartments. We would definitely recommend and we plan to stay there again on the summer when we return to Memphis.
Nice, small apartment with plenty of natural light
The property is in a nice area. The apartment itself is on the smaller side, perfect for a couple or even just a solo traveller. The natural lighting is gorgeous. The host is wonderful with communication. There are multiple security factors in place to help keep the guests safe. This is my second time here, and we plan to book again in the future!
I absolutely adored the little apartment. It was perfect for just the two of us. The windows let it a perfect amount of natural light, and the surrounding neighborhood is a good area. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the unit. The property management was extremely communicative and made check in/check out clear and easy. Will definitely use this property in the future!
The apartment itself was small but well appointed. Bed was great! The outside of the house and the property need updating and refurbishing.
Location made it easy to get to downtown and restaurants, but the street was a bit suspect and I was glad I was with my husband.
Had a coffee problem that was quickly rectified with a couple of texts!
The BarBQ shop nearby had outstanding ribs, much better than downtown.
Super cute. Super comfy. It’s small but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I! I loved the bed and the sound machine! Everything was clean and organized. The balcony was an added bonus! We ended up driving down to Beale Street but the parking was super easy and convenient. We ate at the Flying Saucer Drought Emporium (which is the restaurant Tim suggested). We had the best burger! And the beer selection was awesome. We had a great time experiencing Memphis for the first time. Thank you!
Was surprised by how small this was but we made it work. The “living room” is a loveseat and chair not a couch like it appeared in the photos to me. Also the shower is pretty tight. Be sure to take extension cords to plug in your phone because the outlets are not very convenient. Also the driveway to pull into the parking lot is very narrow. If you drive a big SUV nor truck, you might not make it back there and will need to park on the street.
Overall not bad for the price.
Overall, we enjoyed this property. Its location was ideal, relatively close to downtown (short drive), close to Graceland (short drive) and within easy walking distance of some superb restaurants. The apartment is relatively compact (perfect for two people). I liked the idea of codes for entry access rather than physical keys. A couple of suggestions to make it even better. It could use a few more & better pillows (I believe this may already be addressed), needs more clothes hangers in the closet, could use a small chest of drawers (or even open shelves) in the closet to help store a few things rather than keeping all your clothes in your bags. And lastly a couple of dish cloths/towels would have been handy in the kitchen. We liked it a lot, especially the great variety of places to eat in close proximity. Appreciated the off street parking too.

Small but nice
The property was updated and in good condition but very small. If you are looking for a place to sleep while you are on business or out touring Memphis then its good for 1 or 2 people. But if you are looking for a relaxing place to watch TV and hang out, then this place does not offer that. The couch was very uncomfortable, TV was small and the internet buffered a lot. It only had a window unit for the AC and it didn't cool off the bedroom very well. I still give this property 4 stars because it was a nice place just did not work well for what we were looking for.
Very nice small apartment in Midtown. Plenty of parking in rear of building. Easy access to apartment. Quiet. Close toOverton Square and restaurants. This is my second time staying there and would definitely recommend.
The location in Midtown is very convenient, and Memphis in general is an easy town to drive in and seems to be laid out pretty logically in a grid fashion. The property itself is located in a area that has a lot of apartment building and similarly aged old homes, that are in decent shape, although the exterior in the back could use a little tlc, the parking lot was convenient and the inside was beautiful. We felt very secure with the keyless code entry and our apartment was very nice. Small but comfortable. This is a small apartment and the photos make things look bigger than they are, but very well maintained, and had everything you need with tons of natural light and comfortable queen bed. We really enjoyed our experience and would both recommend and happily return.
