A one bedroom centrally located with a king bed and fenced yard.
The space
A cozy space with ample room for your stay in Memphis. Enter the living room with cable TV. Eating area has a table for four. Bedroom has a king bed attached to the bathroom and closet. All updated. A fenced yard for your enjoyment or if need be a pet. The house os centrally located and very close to The Livery Bowl, Botanic Garden, Medical District and amenities including the shops and restaurants of Highland Row and Cooper Young.

This so a duplex and you will have an entire side.
Other things to note
You can hear the guests on the other side of the duplex.
This is also near train tracks.
