Welcome to the Blue Moon Bungalows! Located in Midtown, these two apartments provide easy access to everything Memphis has to offer. Less than 1.5 miles to Overton Square and the Memphis Zoo, and 3 miles to downtown! With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our two units can comfortably sleep 22 guests. This fully furnished rental has everything you need to feel "at home." Free Wifi and pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you!

I have never written a review like this before. But I have to for the health and safety of others. This house should be condemned. This home is not safe and needs a full gut job. If you care about yourself and your loved ones you would not stay here. It needs to be removed from all rental sites. You do not get the photos you see. The walls and roof are literally crumbling. You can tell there is foundation issues with the house. The showers and bathrooms have tiles falling off. There is plaster falling from the ceilings and walls in almost every room. The countertops in the kitchens are cracked and falling apart. The kitchen sink on the 2nd floor is falling through the countertop. The kitchens were unusable and one stove almost started a fire because it was so dirty. I have videos and photos of the place for anyone in charge of listing these homes to review.

This home is in need of repair before renting out again. The plaster on the walls is cracked and crumbling in nearly every room. There is mold on the ceiling of the bathrooms. The pipes in the downstairs bathroom leak when someone upstairs takes a shower. The kitchen countertops on both floors are completely split in half and the sink is barely hanging on. There was leftover produce in a kitchen drawer. The dishes had to be washed before being used. The stove top was disgusting with dried on food and years of grease. We were asked to take out the garbage the day we arrived and it was never picked up so we had no where to put our own garbage. The covered porches were filthy and the floors were covered in dirt and leaves. Huge disappointment to stay here with my family for Thanksgiving. We ate all meals out because the kitchen was not acceptable for any kind of cooking. We have reached out with our concerns and were thanked for our feedback but that was the end of it. Would never stay here again.
