Just loved this 100 year old home. We came into town for Graceland. Lots of charm inside this home. Glass doorknobs, cute kitchen. Lots of room for 2 people.we stayed 2 nights. You will not be disappointed once inside this home.

As advertised! Well laid out and decorated!

Just as clean and tidy as advertised, pictures are accurate. Great for two people. Good central location to everything we wanted to see. Wonderful local places to eat and shop. Very interesting local history in the area.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, I was impressed with the apartment. It was clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a weekend getaway. Only negative comment was that had a closed in smell to it, and the walls are thin. I could hear the upstairs neighbors coming and going. It was close to Beale Street and downtown which is what I was looking for. Thank you for having me!

1st time in Memphis

Being from Minnesota, 20 degrees is not a big deal. I did not realize it was a reason to shut down the City of Memphis. Totally messed up our visit. Not a reflection on the place we stayed, clean, comfortable and quiet. We did enjoy staying at this property. Thanks

Good place

Apartment is in 100 year old building, very clean and comfortable. Location central and ok neighborhood. Only issue was Roku TV didn’t work. The owner and I tried everything we could, but to no avail. Ultimately didn’t hamper our first visit to Memphis. Great time

Flies

Property was neat and overall clean; upon checking in, we found and cleaned, hair and dander from previous pet. There was a problem with flies...we don't know where they were coming in...it wasn't the front door and there were no open windows...but during our stay we killed over two dozen flies; it was very annoying while one tried to eat, and we kept them out of the bedroom to sleep without that concern. Being on short vacation, we were out most of the time and dealt with it. The stay was quiet and the apartment, located in a residential community, proved to be conveniently located to our planned destinations of Graceland, Beale Street, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Wonderful place to rest and refresh

The property is a gem in the midst of its urban surroundings. We found the home to be exactly as pictured and described. Soft, clean towels and bedding waited for us upon arrival. Kitchen was supplied with fixings for coffee, this was very welcoming. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap was provided in the bathroom, this was a wonderful surprise. Parking in the back lot/driveway can be tight but there is ample parking for each unit. We never experienced any shortage of parking with our 1 car. And there was always parking available on the street if we chose. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stephanie made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. All communications were prompt and friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Memphis.

This cozy space lets in so much light it greets the guest with open arms and gives a warm embrace when entered. The wall color is serene, and there are ample outlets for guests who need more than two sockets per outlet. Also, the proprietor supplies a blow-dryer--nice! And, finally, the location is central to anywhere a guest would want to go in Memphis. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in a place with a historic feel of the city.

Clean and comfortable. Very charming inside! The neighborhood is up and coming and many empty homes nearby. No lock on the iron security door and what appeared to be a camp out set up inside the tree next to the property - chairs, a tent, boxes, etc. Not the safest feeling if you’re staying alone or walking a dog at night. Sweet place and convenient, but not sure I’d stay again because of that.
