“All good things. Nothing bad.”

“Family-friendly area and very secured.”

“A different place to stay compare to other places.”

“Great view of lake Taal, surrounding area is nice I did a lot of walking around. They have what they call a clean as you go policy, they rely on that far too much. The room was filthy mites running around everywhere. they need to give them security deposit, when I got into the room, I saw the only way to retrieve it is through GCash. I called the host to to let her know I do not use cash and to let her know that I was gonna be leaving the unit early and asked her if she could come by and……

“My sister's family has a great stay, they stayed overnight for an early call for a CAVSU graduation,, gr a t place to hike”

“I was not expecting the place was so beautiful. Salute to the unit owner. He really knows how to accommodate the guests. Certainly I will book this unit each time we will be in Tagaytay.”

“Overall experience was excellent, the staffs are accommodating and warm.”

“For the most part yes they were good. Had problems with the toilet on the second to the last day. Water tank wasn’t filling and I had to fill it by hand several times. Then it started working again. ”

“The location is good very convenient close to all the shops. Nice view . The unit a little outdated but for the price you payed is good enough. ”

“The room was great good view ”

“great location, centrally located to all tourist attractions by jeepney or motorcycle, literally dozens of places to eat in a 5 minute radius plus a grocery store less than 5 minutes away if you like to make your own breakfast or later in the night snack. The unit is clean, modern and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay, by stay I mean as a place to sleep and eat in the mornings, not to spend your whole day inside, my unit 1103 was a little small for staying all day but plenty big……

“Excellent host and place. Must try if you want to explore Tagaytay. The place is well and secured 24/7. Nice and quiet area, close to everything. The host gives elaborate information and very friendly. Thanks!”

“Great location and a very relaxing stay. The views were breathtaking and the staff was courteous and very helpful. Would definitely go back if we had the opportunity. Food was great as well.”

“Poor communication. No free wifi. ”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Avana Hills Tagaytay! We were a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The place is clean, new, spacious, and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning, which was perfect for our group. The common hallway isn’t air-conditioned, but it was completely fine. The family room has a fan, and the balcony has a beautiful view. We loved having access to the kitchen with provided utensils, which allowed my sister to cook homemade……

“Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.”
