"Clean room and balcony was beautiful view staff was somewhat snotty"

"The staff member who greeted us was very helpful. Our room was such a disappointment! We were looking forward to a nice-relaxing room after a trip from San Francisco. It smelled awful- a mixture of BO/musty. We opened the balcony door to air out the room- someone was smoking pot on their balcony which then added skunk into the mix. The tub was really nice, very hot water to fill. The beds were a tad hard. We are at another hotel which was 1.5 times cheaper and it smells great, soft beds etc."

"Nice location and views. Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly. Pretty meager breakfast options. The key card system also needs some improvements. If your card gets too close to a mobile phone it can render the card unusable which can cause a problem as hotel is not fulled staff after hours."
Seabird Lodge

"We were attending a wedding and needed to get into the room a little early to get dressed, they went out of their way to help us out. Kuddos to the housekeeping staff! The room was clean and perfect for our needs. From the person who answered the phone, to the people working at the front desk - excellent customer service! Thank you! Our stay was 1 night only from 8/29 to 8/30/26 in room 235, but we felt well cared for."
