“Wonderful clean room, comfortable beds, outstanding staff. William was new, but was very nice and did his best to make us feel comfortable. Caleb went above and beyond. My sister and I had a few concerns because she is handicapped, and he addressed them all and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the room. The young man who was at the desk in the morning (I forgot his name) saw us struggling and carried our bags to the car...he even put our leftovers in a baggie for our trip home! These……

“Great service. I have multiple chemical sensitivity and get very sick from common fragrances and cleaning products. The staff cleaned my room with nontoxic alternatives before my arrival to accommodate me. The laundry products they use also left very little scent so I was able to stay safely. The staff were all helpful and kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion is that they have some different pillow choices. The ones they have are way too thick and made it……

I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is……
