“The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, despite the fact I arrived at 2am. Also the morning receptionists were very nice. Thank you. The room was very comfortable with all the essential things you need, included coffe and tea. The room was all renewed. Bathroom very clean The bed and pillows very comfortable. Commercial area and bakery around the hotel. Super! I will use it always now!”

“酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受”

“C'est un bon hôtel rapport qualité prix, personnel très accueillant, sympathique, je me suis bien reposé dans un lit confortable, station de tramway en sortant de l'hôtel qui est très bien placé en centre et a moins de 1minites vous avez divers commerces (Carrefour, fast foods, banques...).”

“Wonderful hotel, lovely helpful staff - even helped us sort out a delivery meal. Room was fantastic, mini fridge, kettle, proper sink, microwave and a small patio area with seating. Very large room, large comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable. Wood thoroughly recommend for a relaxing couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. Plenty of free parking outside or secure garage offered at a small extra charge. ”
