"Parking was easy. Room was dirty, the shower floor was cracked & spongy. The door security latch was broken off. The hotel had no washcloths to offer. The room smelled bad. The room had bugs in it. This did not feel safe or comfortable. Also they did not have the room I booked and paid for. The receptionist said that "the site often offers rooms/accommodations that are not actually available at time of booking". So I'd suggest calling prior to booking to be sure they have the room being offered....
