“Ashlie's apartment was great for a family of 4. We visited in late July with daytime temps in the high 80s, but the A/C unit in the living room kept the whole apartment cool, provided that we kept bedroom doors open at night. This location is walkable to a lot of stuff, but most importantly a coffee/breakfast sandwich place across the street and a coffee/doughnut place next door. Ashlie offers a parking spot, but we did not need it because you can walk almost everywhere from this location. ……

“This is an adorable little unit, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Excellent location, very clean and well appointed, and great host communication. However, since 4.5 stars was not an option, I gave it four stars because of the noise. The unit is in an old building with thin walls and creaky ceiling, and right next to the stairway. Lots of people going up and down and walking around in the unit above. The earplugs the hosts provided were very helpful, but on the whole it wasn’t the most……

“The condo is cute, and there have been upgrades. However, check in was confusing through Verbo. Once we finally got into the Condo, we discovered that there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom, it took 3 hours, of multiple messages to finally get them delivered by the housekeeper, who just left them outside the door without letting us know. On top of that, the gas stove only had two working burners. I was informed it was a "new stove," but they had done some remodel the week before and……

“Great Location in between the space needle and Pikes Place Market. Easy walk or scooter ride to touristy areas. Beware of street noise on weekends especially if you have to sleep with the windows open. Parking spot was very useful especially if renting a car to drive outside of Seattle and explore. Overall, was very clean and well equipped for anyone’s stay in Seattle. ”
