“Staying at the Park Hyatt was a dream. Staff were courteous, efficient and would take the initiative when dealing with customers. My mom is 75yo and upon checking in, they ushered us into the park lounge before settling us at the restaurant while we waited for our room. I didn’t even have to ask. Service was impeccable.
When my aunt, uncle and my brother decided to join us for breakfast the next day, once again your team spared no expense in providing a memorable service to my extended family……
