Downtown Meredith Hideaway! Lake Winnipesaukee and Lake Waukewan!

Welcome to this fantastic unit located so close to downtown Meredith, near the Town Docks!

A beautifully remodeled space located on the second floor. Recently renovated, includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a built-in bar. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed with ample closet space. The second bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed, under-bed storage, and a bureau in the living room for additional space. The living room, bathed in natural sunlight, offers a cozy reading nook and a built-in bar stocked with glasses. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare scrumptious meals. A dining table seating four and a coffee station are also provided.

Parking is available for two cars, and additional trailer parking can be found across the street in a public lot.

Please note: Sheets and towels ARE included in this rental. Pets are welcome with prior homeowner approval. Be prepared to share a photo of your four-legged friend. If accepted, there is a pet fee and a pet agreement to sign. Although we take every precaution to keep listing details current and accurate, errors in price and/or descriptions may occur in our literature. We reserve the right to correct any such error.
