El menú delicioso, la salsa de habanero buenísima. La atención del Sr. Francisco y la Srita. Adriana maravillosa en el restaurante. Quantity and quality of towels was not great. Pillows were good but only got one per person. I like at least two pillows so they don't feel flat. Location is great for walking to locations of interest. Friendly staff.

The ONLY critiques I have for this place are about the breakfast, and those can definitely be solved. First, the horchata needs to be in a spinning drink dispenser otherwise it is flavorless. Solution: don't serve it because no one drinks it anyway. Second, the food in the hot bar tastes like the instant fuel cartridges because the space there is very enclosed. You can literally smell those things from the 4th floor whwre I was staying. There probably is no cost effective solution here other than to completely replace the makeshift hot bar with an actual heated system. So this is less of an issue and you all probably know about this already. But the permiation of the fuel is so bad that the cheese next to the hot bar literally tastes like fuel. If you don't, believe me try it for yourself around 8 or 9 am tomorrow after the cheese has been sitting there for an hour or whatever thr max rotation time is. Third, jus get rid of the pastry box. It is full of flies by 9am every day. It's not worth the potential complaint. Other than that, i think the breakfast options were definitely interesting. Overall this hotel is absolutely incredible. What a great deal and the rooms were gigantic. And the place was super clean and had the most professional staff.

Wonderful experience!! Can’t say enough good things about the staff! The rooms could use some updating, but the staff totally made up for it, Guillermo, in particular. I had the misfortune of breaking my leg near the end of our trip, and not only did Guillermo actually help my husband carry me to our room, but the staff brought us some crutches, a shower seat, and a cooler full of ice. Later, my husband went down and ordered our dinner from the kitchen, and they offered to bring it to our room. Even before that happened we were very impressed. The breakfast was very good with tables set by the pool in a covered patio. Bed was very comfortable. Great location near Plaza Grande which has a very warm family-oriented vibe. Very highly recommend!
