Just what we were looking for! A place ON the beach! Amazing views and lots of beach to walk and explore. The pool is nice and perfect size! Lots of shade AND sun on the deck and always a bit of a breeze. We could have used a few more towels and it would be nice if there was coffee there for us but not a biggy!

My husband and I have never visited the Yucatan and wanted to spend out 25th anniversary somewhere new. We couldn't have been more pleased. Juan Carlos was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and see. The house was very comfortable and we had everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but only minutes from Progreso and Merida. We enjoyed our time so much that we are now looking for a place to buy so we can call it home. This property was exactly what we envisioned. Right on the beach, with its own pool, and with tons of space to just relax. Close to Telchac puerto, and with a convenience store and an ATM about a mile away. Juan Carlos the owner was always responsive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful location! This house has amazing beach views. The ocean is right at your doorstep… the water level is shallow with sand bars and warm water! The outdoor living area is large and has an unfiltered pool to dip in. There are tvs and air conditioners in all the upstairs bedrooms. Juan Carlos installed a dryer at our request! We found him to be extremely helpful and he was very quick to respond if we had any questions while we were there. He has a grounds keeper named Gregario who was on the spot anytime we needed assistance. Having our own car rental was key to staying in this location. The kitchen has basic utensils and appliances that could use an upgrade however we managed fine. There is construction close by and a bread truck arrived daily at 5pm. We got to buy delicious fresh baked goods daily from the driveway! What a treat!

Nos quedamos una semana co.pleta en la casa y todo estuvo de maravilla. Hubo una tormenta tropical y se fue el Internet, pero hay internet satelital de respaldo, lo que está de maravilla. Salimos a pescar con el cuidador de la casa que resulta ser pescador, y es una experiencia que vale la pena y recomiendo mucho.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful beach house. The property was exactly as pictured in the listing and the view was phenomenal. We spent most of our time lounging on the back patio, with breaks to cool off in the pool. We stocked up on groceries in Progreso prior to our arrival. You can also walk or drive to the nearby TechnoHotel for food.

First in for most I would like to thank Juan Carlos for opening up his home to my wife and I i’ve been coming to the Yucatán since 2009 with our destination being Chelem which in and by itself is a nice little area to get away but my wife happen to come across this house and I’m glad she did everything Juan Carlos says in the description holds true if you walk down the steps towards the water to your left About 100 yards down you’ll find two wooden swings also there is a beach club where you can find the waiter Alberto walking the beach going up the houses that are occupied you can order food and drinks he’ll bring them right to the house found that to be convenient it’s a beautiful area with beautiful water and beautiful sunsets we really enjoyed our stay thank you again Juan Carlos

I really enjoyed the house, it needs a little update, the beds were not comfortable but we had a good time, I think the house is pretty descent for the price you pay. The owner is really nice and he tried to have everything setup for us before the checking!

Nous arrivons tout juste de la maison de Juan. Quel emplacement incroyable,, vue imprenable sur la mer,. Nous y étions avec nos trois enfants maintenant adultes, et nous y étions très confortables. Juan a pris le temps de nous transmettre les endroits à visiter. Et nous expliquer les rudiments de la maison. C’est une belle combinaison entre la plage, le repos et le tourisme. Merida est une ville à explorer qui n’est qu’a 45 minutes de la maison. Nous sommes une famille habituée à la location de maison, et je peux vous la recommander avec certitude. Wir haben tolle 10 Tage im Haus von Juan Carlos verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Es wirkte, wie ein Privatstrand, da ausser uns kaum andere Strandbesucher gab. Juan Carlos war ein sehr hilfsbereiter und fürsorglicher Vermieter,wer auch auf "Sonderwünsche" eingegangen ist:) Elma,die Nachbarin ist sehr nett und eine unglaublich gute Köchin.Wir haben bei ihr fast für jeden Tag Frühstück und/oder Abendessen bestellt und das war alles landestypisch und sehr lecker.Der Preis war immer fair.
