1.- El check in era a las 2:00 pm y aún no estaba limpias las recámaras, asimismo nos la dieron y la taza de baño estaba manchada popo y solo le echaron una trapeada pero habían muchos cabellos. 2.- No cortaron el servicio de aire acondicionado, agua para bajarle a la casa y para ducharnos. 3.- El desayuno los utensilios estaba sucios y tenían gusano de mosca. 4.- Los mimos empleados en la noche se alcoholizaron en las piscinas, decían cosas obscenas y al otro día estaban con resaca y atendía mal. 5.- En el jardín había mucha caca de perro y no los limpiaban. 6.- El estacionamiento nunca lo cerraron los trabajadores y están muy expuestos nuestros vehículos. 7.- Para hacer el check out nadie nos atendió del personal por miedo de enfrentar las quejas que teníamos. Entre varias, pero lo más importante son estas.

El cuarto estaba limpio, pero nunca me pude conectar al wifi. A pesar de que sabía que iba a llegar estaba apagado el aire acondicionado por lo que tardó mucho en enfriar el cuarto. El desayuno es continental muy básico, huevo, cereal y pan. El baño de la alberca estaba asqueroso. En el jardín había eses de perro por todos lados. Al personal le falta actitud de servicio, solo te responden lo que preguntas, no te explican nada. Lo único bueno del lugar es la alberca fuera de eso no lo recomiendo

Recibí la habitación y la regadera estaba sucia, se ve que alguien había usado la regadera antes de entregarme la habitación y nadie revisó. quise llegar a descansar pero junto a la habitación esta el Bar del hotel que es abierto sin paredes, así que mi cama estaba junto a la bocina del karaoke. En el buscador te aparece que estas en Puerto Progreso y está a 25 minutos del Puerto en Carro. Mala experiencia

1. El Check inn fue dos horas después por lo que estuvimos esperando parados a que limpiaran la habitación. 2 A pesar de que en la reservación decía que incluye desayuno, nos dijeron que eso no está contemplado, y que eventualmente lo dan. 3 Existe un restaurante, pero en realidad no tiene servicio diario, por lo que fue muy complicado conseguir alimentos debido a que el hotel está a un costado de la carretera entre Chelem y Chuburna, y precisamente lo habíamos seleccionado por anunciar que tiene servicio de restaurante. 4. Me parece bueno que admitan mascotas, pero lo desagradable es encontrar heces fecales en jardines, pasillos y áreas de reposo. 5. Le falta mantenimiento en varias áreas, hay muebles rotos o descompuestos. 6.- No hubo agua la mañana del lunes y no había gente en la oficina ni en la recepción, luego supimos que ese día descansan.

Check in was fast and host was very nice. I got a room with balcony or thought I did . All rooms are facing the pool and really only the rooms on bottom have an enclosed balcony which I was told cost more . So not sure if I got the right room. When I booked the amenities stated there was free shuttle to beach but I was told it had recently changed by seeing the reviews saw it had changed a day before I arrived on the 21st. The free breakfast included was not the same daily . The first morning it was continental breakfast not sure if they were just lazy to prepare something as stated on the page or they have to update the info. The second day it was a full breakfast meal but there was other people staying beside us. The day we arrived there was a private party feel they should put this on there info. The music was good but we felt limited to using all the premises. The dog poop reviews and staff getting drunk at night is true. My dad stepped on dog poop and we saw thw staff. The place is nice , hard to get to if you dont have a car, not many places to eat near by, and access to beach near by are very uncomfortable as people that live in the area are very territorial they feel like they own the beach too. The rooms are as they show them in the pictures. The room looked clean when we arrived though door is a little lifted from floor and we had to cover with with our luggage as bugs kept getting in. Also not advertised there is no hot water they should post this.

Actualizar la información de su hotel, en Booking decía que tenían traslados a la playa, cosa que no es cierto, al final cumplieron y pagaron los taxis a la playa. Otra situación importante decía Desayuno buffette incluido y no es cierto, tienen un desayuno americano de cortesía.
