Winter Break

Rick and everyone at the residence were very attentive and accommodating. Would stay there again anytime. Extremely well maintained and cared for facilities. Most necessities are available within walking distance. Recommend highly.

Vida Chelem is my place to come to totally relax and renew ! This was my second time staying here ! The Owners put in a fantastic pool , which I used almost everyday even though it was chilly this time of year! The new landscaping and updates to the suites was also a nice surprise! The property is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and stores ! The Suites are nicely designed and absolutely immaculate ! Hanging out on the veranda watching the ocean etc is awesome! The Owners are so easy and enjoyable to work with ! I am already booked again for next year ! Patricia

Just not staying on the ocean that is muddy looking and dangerous. Also we love to walk and saw two

Owner left Arturo in charge. He was there for check in then no where to be found when we went about a coffee maker and how to get hot water in shower. Pool not pleasing to look at and ocean not swimmable. Prefer Cozumel and Isle Mujeres.

I enjoyed my week stay at VIDA Chelem. The unit I stayed in was cozy and had a great view of the ocean. It was very peaceful and quiet. I would certainly return. Rick was very prompt to address any questions and concerns I had. It was extremely appreciated and made my stay even more carefree.
