「We had an excellent stay at Villa Orquidea and still had more places on our list after a week in Merida. Our hosts Griselda, Sonia & Denise were very helpful with ideas for restaurants, things to see and private drivers. There are so many good restaurants! Breakfast was delightful including home-made banana bread, though we mostly ate light. 」

「We had a fabulous stay at Casa Oasis. The building is beautiful and our room, including the bed, was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owners, George and Sarah, live on site and are very personable and helpful. The manager Aaron was very communicative and arranged an excellent tour to Chichén Itzá that included swimming in a cenote and also arranged in house massages. 「 The attention to detail incredible. Upon arriving I was offered the most delicious drink to cool off along with a cool wet towel. The owners are real artists and it is reflected everywhere in the home. As an artist myself I am totally inspired. This place is a real treat for the eyes. It is real oasis in a busy town. Well done. 「Todo al 100, solo una cosa que no nos gusto y fue la puerta de la habitación 4 es una muy mala idea, no tienes ni a seguridad ni la privacidad. Sin contar ese pequeño gran detalle, el lugar lo recomiendo y si me hospedaría de nuevo.」
