“Maravillosa toda la experiencia”

“We booked two Deluxe City View Rooms through Expedia because this hotel was advertised as an Expedia VIP property. One of the rooms we were initially assigned overlooked an industrial area—not the city of Mérida as booked. The room was tiny, the bathroom floor tiles had visible concrete stains, and the room was worn and run-down. We ultimately had to involve Expedia before the hotel addressed the issue. The building is beautiful and must have been spectacular 100 years ago, but today there is……

“Expedia vende la Habitación con camas individuales . Amablemente la recepcionista nos cambio a una habitación con camas matrimoniales y como no servía la alberca nos perdonaron el cargo por el cambio de habitación. El hotel está bien pero los alrededores son algo sucios , escandalosos y con mucha gente por es un paradero de autobuses públicos. Dormimos apretados pero bien , no se puede pedir más , no regresaré a este hotel”

“El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, lo único malo es que hay muchos zancudos o plaga. Eso es por la naturaleza que tienen pero sería muy bueno que colocarán la planta citronela esa ahuyenta a los mosquitos y sería una excelente opción. El personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente.”

“It was beautiful. I loved the style. Locations was great. Very pretty. The only thing I would feedback is . The quality of the mattresses , seems like old and I was not able to turn off the light of the air conditioning , not letting me sleep well. Other than that, super cute hotel”
