“We had an excellent stay at the property. It was clean, had new appliances, was in great condition with a nice outside deck and yard. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was as advertised. The staff communicated all instructions clearly and provided contact info in the event we needed support, which we did not. We would definitely return.”

The host management (TYCA) was defensive and unhelpful when issues were raised.We found live cockroaches. A major issue confirmed by previous reviews noting the host knew about the problem and had placed poison out. “This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge. On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area.”

“We chose this house because of the beautiful porch and, I will be real, the pics of the light-up toilets perplexed and astounded us. Neither of these were a disappointment!!!!!!! Porch was beautiful, BOTH toilets light up (I guess as night lights?), hosts were prompt, property was clean, and there was very clear signage everywhere you might want clear signage (house rules, hand soap vs dish soap, etc). When we arrived the kitchen was stocked with a little basket of snacks and some cold sodas in……

“Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning……
