Management refused to replace the mattress and after promising to resolve the issue on a Friday afternoon, were never heard from again. We were forced to find alternative accommodation at own cost. Incredibly disappointing. "

"Our bathroom was very mouldy the sink was dirty the shower was discussing as for the park it was lovely, I took pictures of the bathroom so if the park managers would like to see them I can provide them. My family stay in the hideaway area each cabin was very ordinary another epic cleaning failure. Crapped rooms! way over priced for what they got."

There was no lighting on the stairs in the evening, only came on when fully dark. Would not return due to lack of communication options with caretaker."
