This Unit is in a No smoking area. No Pets Allowed.

Please note there is a non refundable booking fee.

Check in time is strictly 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am
Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.

Nice but terrible smell for first 2 days

The place is quaint and nice overall but a few issues. Quite convenient location in town and set back on a quiet street. Apartment faces north east and gets lovely morning sunshine. Basic furnishings. The worst part was the terrible mould/must smell upon arrival throughout entire apartment which was worst in the main bedroom. We considered cancelling and going elsewhere but after airing out the whole place with all windows open for 24hrs it became bearable and finally dissipated after 48hrs. We suspect the place hadn’t been stayed in or opened up in months. No linen (sheets & towels) as advertised but also no soap to speak of, and only half a toilet roll which seemed a bit miserly. The stand fan barely worked- completed ineffectual (and no AC) - and some lights flickered or were very weak.

Property was ok, didn’t like carpet flooring. Close walk to all amenities. I was charged about $300-$400 more then original booking price which is why I was not happy and provided low rating of stay.

Great value for money

Central location in Merimbula. It was great value for money and suited our needs for the week. Very well equipped including a washing machine. The only drawback was that it seemed to be closed up for some time and needed some airing on arrival. Overall very convenient and would stay at this property again.

Happy days in Merimbula

Really great property for my family(wife and two boys). Central to Merimbula shops. Short drive to local beaches. Really good kitchen facilities and a great view of the lake. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great neighbours as well.
